Over the weekend, Church Hill Rotary Members rang the bell at the Market at 25th for the Salvation Army.   

Church Hill Rotary Members made Holiday Cards for Hands-On of Greater Richmond. The cards will go to the staff and residents at CRi, Choice. Respect. independence. Formerly known as Community Residences, Inc., it is a community-based organization with a focused effort on providing people with developmental disabilities and/or mental health needs the resources, supports and services they need to live their lives with purpose, actively engaged in communities of their choosing. Club members helped deliver and assemble six beds on Nov. 23 with Sleep in Heavenly Peace - VA, Henrico Co. Sleep in Heavenly Peace is an organization that builds and delivers beds to children who do not have a bed. Their motto is: "No kid sleeps on the floor in our town!"

On November 18, volunteers worked with Peter Paul RVA and their Family and Community Engagement team to distribute hot meals and community support bags to members of the Church Hill community.

Church Hill club members spent an evening stuffing mailers for Peter Paul RVA's fall fundraising campaign. Check out this inspiring organization in Church Hill.  PeterPaulRVA

We had a fun evening on top of the Graduate. If you haven't seen Richmond from above, you must visit this cool place!

Thank you to everyone who participated in our annual Purple Pinky. We were able to raise $541 for the continued fight against polio! That works out to 3,246 polio vaccinations for children.

On Monday, September 13, we had a speaker from REAL LIFE. Kristen Johnson, the Director of Community Engagement and Development, spoke to us over a Zoom meeting. REAL LIFE is an organization that serves individuals who have been impacted by incarceration, homelessness, or substance use disorder by giving them an opportunity to overcome their personal and community barriers.
